Returns
The user has seven working days to exercise their right to withdrawal following receipt of the goods. To do this you must send us an email to info@cosmeticclub.co.uk requesting the return of the product and we will undertake to pick up the order from you.
It is essential that the products are in the same conditions as they were on delivery. Once we receive the product at our warehouses we will proceed to reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the article you wish to return, and in the event that you had used accumulated discounts, these will appear once again in the DISCOUNTS section. Within 48 hours you will see the deposit reflected in the transactions statement of your credit card or bank account.
In this case of return, you will have to pay the charges for both initial delivery of the order, (as long as this has been made), and for the subsequent collection of the order and return to our warehouses.
If your order, or part of it, arrives in bad conditions, you must send us an email to info@cosmeticclub.co.uk to contact SEUR rapidly and process a claim. In this case you must keep all the material related to the order, including the box and we will shortly replace the damaged goods for others in perfect conditions. In this case, the costs for delivery to our warehouses and also the replacement of the defective product to your delivery address, will be met by Cosmetic Club. Applicable Guarantee. The consumer is fully entitled to a guarantee, for the stipulated period of two years, following receipt of the merchandise. This excludes any improper use, mishandling or breakage, caused directly by the user and/or final consumer of the product.
